SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing for regular purchases, NOT including the day you place your order. Processing is only completed on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Shipping in the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. This processing/shipping time can be delayed due to items needed to make the product being out of stock. If this occurs, I will reach out to you on an individual basis to keep you updated. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
Jazzy Q Beauty is NOT responsible for any lost items. Once your item has received a tracking number and has been received by the USPS, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local carrier to assist with tracking lost/missing packages. Make sure you are inputting the RIGHT ADDRESS before ordering. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, contact USPS for correction.
We HIGHLY suggest you do a small patch test for allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sometimes an item doesn't fit or just isn't your style! Simply initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. Due to Covid ALL returns will be processed as a store credit unless the return is from a defective product.
To initiate a return please email Jazzyqbeautyllc@gmail.com with your first and last
name, order number and the reason for the return. Once approved we will be more than happy to issue a store credit or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund total.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only in season items will eligible for a store credit, unfortunately clearance items cannot.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales of lip gloss are final. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us via the Contact Us link on the site ASAP, describe the problem, and send pictures indicating the issue so it can be fixed.
